Just a post on some gigs that have been announced this week:

• Peter, Bjorn & John are coming back to Dublin for a gig in Crawdaddy on the 3rd of October.
• Nouvelle Vague will be Tripod on the next night on the 4th of October. Tickets priced €20-€24.50.
• Jamie T plays Whelan’s on Sunday 24th October, Tickets priced €18.95 including booking fee. Available from Friday
• Canada’s Handsome Furs play The Academy on Tuesday the 27th of October.Tickets priced €16.50 including booking fee.
• Eighties pop heroes The Blow Monkeys are set to play Crawdaddy on Tuesday September 8th. Tickets €15/20 available from Ticketmaster, City Discs, Sound Cellar and usual outlets.
• And finally… deodorant company Lynx are bringing Lovefoxxx of CSS back to Ireland once more for a DJ set at their -2009 Lynx Fever Brazilian Beach Party’ on Wednesday the 22nd of July in the POD.
