The Strokes’ Julian Casablancas is to release a solo album entitled Phrazes for the Young.

It’ll be released on his own label, Cult Records & Rough Trade in the UK and Cult Records/RCA in Europe and US. Apart from the track titles ‘River of Brake Lights,’ ‘Glass’ and ‘Ludlow St.’ all we’ve got so far is this video which reveals an 80s electro vibe. Who knows though?
