THAT PETROL EMOTION have confirmed a Dublin date at The Academy on December 6th. Tickets priced at €25 including booking fee go on sale Friday October 30th.
Formed out of the ashes of The Undertones in 1984, their debut album ‘Manic Pop Thrill’ released in -86 reached number 1 in the UK Indie Charts and was championed by Undertones uber fan John Peel. Their 2nd album ‘Babble’ won them widespread critical acclaim. After 5 albums and numerous singles, the band split in -94.
THAT PETROL EMOTION played a hugely received comeback gig at the Oxegen festival 2009 and have since reformed and played a string of UK festivals and club shows this summer.
