News: The Chalets split confirmed

After initial rumblings of a breakup from Naomi (Off Her Rocker) this week, State can confirm that The Chalets have split due to “musical indifference”.

Another Irish band to permanently split after one successful album release (Hello, The Immediate) , The Chalets were bright day-glo young things in 2005 when they released Check-In with a clutch of indie-pop singles and a design aesthetic vital to their ethos.

Best of luck to Peepee, Pony, Dylan, Enda, and Chris in for the future. Here they are in happier times…
