Bono to become music blogger?

By Niall Byrne on Monday, 29 September 2008One Comment | Print this post

After flexing his muscles for the last week on the Financial Times blog where he blogged from the the UN Millennium Development Goals summit, Bono has suggested he is about to challenge Kanye for the crown of most self-important music blogger of all time.

A note at the end of his last post says:

The next time I enter the blogosphere it will be about music… far more appropriate for a rockstar. It’s time to shut up and sing, but it was rock and roll that taught me the world was more malleable than anyone knew, that it could be shaped by kicks and caresses, but better by reason. What I didn’t know was that numbers can be more important than words.

Yeh so Bono, when are you gonna link to us?

“What I didn’t know was that numbers can be more important than words.”

So Bono the blogger is using a completely vague and generic sentence to try and appear profound and interesting. He’s a quick learner.
