Giveaway Week: Wallis Bird

Though 25 year old Wallis has laid significant groundwork in Germany and the UK where she has many fans, Ireland is slow to play catch up.
But with a rapidly-building reputation thanks to performances at a sold-out Crawdaddy show and a recent Electric Picnic appearance, Ms. Bird has embarked on an Irish tour which should see her capitalise on the buzz and comparisons to Ani DiFranco and Janis Joplin.
State have two pairs of tickets to giveaway to her show in The Button Factory this Thursday (30th Oct). All you have to do is send a mail to giveaway@state.ie with your full name. If you don’t hear from us by 3pm on the day, you didn’t win.
