Kila gear up for St Patrick’s Day
This time of year is always a busy one for Irish bands, but Kila seem to be going out of their way to get to as many places as possible in 2009. It all kicks off this Thursday 12th with the Sonas event at Vicar Street featuring special guests Ojemba, comedian Paddy Courtney and Tumble Circus.
The band will also be playing live at the Skyfest in Waterford and giving their ‘Once Upon A Time’ concert film a US premier at The Cinema Village in New York on March 14th, as part of the 11th Craic Festival. You can also hear them providing the soundtrack to the recent animated movie ‘The Secret Of Kells’.
