Moving On Music Festival this week in Belfast

The second annual Moving On Music Festival kicks off in Belfast on Wednesday, a 5-day celebration of sound and vision that encompasses a wide array of musical genres from folk to funk to free jazz and features such acts as innovative Brooklyn band Dirty Projectors, fascinating post-jazz supremos Polar Bear and influential dub legend Mad Professor.
