MSTRKRFT – Live at The Academy
Electro-house duo MSTRKRFT make their way to The Academy, Dublin next Friday, 1st of May. Tickets priced €23.20 incl. booking fee are on sale now at all usual Ticketmaster outlets.
The brainchild of Canadian pair Jesse F Keller and Al-P, MSTRKRFT are masters of remixing, the Canadian duo have mixed tracks by Kylie Minogue, Bloc Party, Justice, Usher, John Legend & Andre 3000. Their debut album was released in 2006. One of the bands most well know tracks ‘Paris’ was composed on a laptop while both Keeler and Al-P were flying back home from a trip to France. MSTRKRFT’s new album, Fist of God, was released in March.
L.A. Riots will join MSTRKRFT on their Academy date. No strangers to remixes themselves have given their hand to mixes by bands such as The Ting Tings, Chris Cornell, Weezer, Hot Chip and Cyrstal Castles.
