State vs Club AU #3: Ham Sandwich, The Jane Bradfords, Take The Money And Run
The meeting of music minds that is State vs Club AU continues this Saturday night with the triple bill of Ham Sandwich, The Jane Bradfords and Take The Money And Run at the Purty Loft in Dun Laoghaire. In the State corner for the night we have the re-emerging Ham Sandwich, armed with a new bunch of songs that will make it onto their second album, plus the odd new cover in their back pocket. Representing the AU side of things are The Jane Bradfords, the eclectic outfit who’s number changes from gig to gig but are promising something special for this one. On the new band front we have the excellent Take The Money And Run, discovered by one of our editors at a Battle Of The Bands contest in Dundalk no less.
The cost for this fine combination of acts is a mere €10 but, as always, we have five pairs of tickets to giveaway for nothing. Just email your name to giveaway@state.ie by 2pm on Friday and you’ll be in with a shout.
