The MTV VMAs took place last night and will be shown in full on the channel at 9pm. We’ll be here tomorrow with our annual review of the madness but this just can’t wait. Is this the moment that Kanye West destroyed his own reputation and even his career? Check out Beyonce’s face for the definition of mortified embarrassment.
He’s already apologising – “I’m in the wrong for going on stage and taking away from her moment, Beyonce’s video was the best of this decade… I’m sorry to my fans if I let you guys down… I’m sorry to my friends at MTV… I will apologize to Taylor.”
I thought he’d lost it long ago to be honest! Youtube his “George Bush hates black people” saga for example!

Kanye West needs to be locked in a room somewhere and asked to contemplate the question ‘at what point did I disappear up my own ass, and what can I do to get out again?’ Preferably for several months.
