Rihanna to showcase new album with online gig

Snapping at the platform heels of Bono and co’s YouTube gig last month, R&B poster girl Rihanna is planning her own live streaming concert for fans on 16 November. Rihanna will be showcasing tracks from her new album Rated R via the Nokia website, before the record’s release on 20 November. And while U2 chose sun-drenched California for their global web show, Rihanna’s streaming from a ’secret London location’ – she might need her Umbrella.
