Green Day for Dublin, AC/DC for Download

Green Day have confirmed a concert at Marlay Park, Dublin on 23 June 2010 (subject to licence). Tickets priced €61.80 (including booking fee, limited to six per transaction) will go on sale this Friday 18 December at 9.00am from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
Across the water meanwhile, it seems that AC/DC will be headlining next year’s Download festival, to be held at Donnington Park on the weekend of 11th-13th of June, with the band appearing on the Friday night. It forms part of another European tour in support of the Black Ice album.
