Ivan St John’s Xmas Party takes place Upstairs at Whelans on Monday, December 21, and everyone who attends will receive a bright, shiny copy of Ivan’s debut single, ‘There You Stand’.
“It’s going to radio in the new year so unless you work in that field, this is your only chance to get one of these bad boys,” laughs Ivan. “From our first show opening the Body & Soul at Electric Picnic this year, to my first gig in Vicar Street (supporting Lisa Hannigan), getting the album mastered in Abbey Road and booking shows in London for next year, it’s been a mad few months. I’d love to see you for a seasonal drink and such.”

Anyone going to Lisa Hannigan in Vicar ST on Sunday 20th will also have the opportunity of seeing Ivan St John perform solo as the opening act.
