Michael Jackson doctor charged with manslaughter

The Associated Press is reporting that prosecutors will seek an involuntary manslaughter indictment against Michael Jackson’s doctor for the pop star’s death. A LAPD source is saying that Dr. Conrad Murray will be prosecuted on a theory of gross negligence.
