Win tickets to Beach House… in Stockholm
You know State tries to get around this global village of ours as much as we can. On our tours we have discovered that the Debaser club in Stockholm, Sweden (they have one in Malmo too) is one of the finest gig venues in northern Europe – Christ, those Scandos think of everything in a club/venue. We have also noted that the truly wonderful Beach House are touring their sparkly new, and much feted Teen Dream album, and are playing Debaser in Stockholm on Saturday 27 February. The delightful folks at Debaser have given us a pair of tickets for this very gig to give away to a State reader who is either rooted in the Swedish capital or fancies a jaunt to see a band who, by the end of the year, will be no doubt ‘doing a Fleet Foxes’ and packing out much bigger venues.
If you’re feeling adventurous flights with a certain Swedish flag carrier airline are tempting enough as of today (You’ll have to pay for your own flights just to make it totally clear). And State will be there and will proudly stand you a pint.
