State Intervention #5 – Mountain Man, Iveagh Gardens

Our plan to take the much heralded US trio Mountain Man into the sumptuous of the Iveagh Gardens seemed a splendid idea when we arrived to find the sun splitting the trees and the park full of sunbathers and happy, playing children. Fast forward an hour and we’re in the middle of a torrential downpour. Thankfully shelter was found and Molly Erin Sarle, Alexandra Sauser-Monnig and Amelia Randall Meath played a beautiful and intimate show for some hardy State souls. Keep an eye on our Twitter feed for more news of such gigs but in the meantime enjoy another stunning video from Bandwidth Films

Saw them in CrawDaddy and was highly impressed. Understand they will be back for Electric Picnic.

Bandwidth – another brilliant video. The strawberries, droplets of rain on the guitar, the fountain shot, the shot through the umbrella. Top notch stuff.

Animal Tracks is a great song.
