Now a trio, Battles are set to release their sophomore album Gloss Drop in early June via Warp Records. The LP has contributions from Gary Numan, Boredoms lead guy Yamantaka Eye, Kazu Makino from Blonde Redhead, and Chilean-German artist Matias Aguayo.

Aguayo is signed to Kompakt and makes Afro-inspired cumbia-house, he features on the Gloss Drop‘s lead single ‘Ice Cream’ streaming below.
