A few months back we described their single ‘All We Could Sing’ as “a jangly guitar tune driven by a chorus of voices” and since then their album has seeped into our collective brains. JJ described All We Could Do Was Sing in a previous album review as a release which displayed “country and indie roots… but North American folk is the over-riding influence, and for every bit of raw guitar there’s three of four genuinely tender moments’.
